More and more Utah real estate agents are becoming reluctant to recommend the old traditional home inspector of yesterday when you have all this modern, state of the art technology available. They are finding the consequences of having the buyers come back later in anger and disgust because the "low budget legacy" home inspector failed to uncover hidden problems that could have otherwise been discovered.
