The best Piñon firewood in Utah was delivered
to me yesterday. This aged dead fall pinion came just in time for the
cold front coming through here tonight. This is the best pinyon that I
have come across in years. It has that great grey lizard skin bark. It’s
dense, thick and heavy with its own built in turpentine so it’s almost
self starting. It will be smelling like Santa Fe or Taos around my house
this winter. Who doesn’t love the smell of Piñon. Great firewood, free
